Professional Instructor:

Tia Politi
Tia has more than fourteen years of management experience. She specializes in residential property management and also manages her own rental properties. Tia serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Lane County chapter of the Rental Owners Association, is Chair of the Programming and Bulletin Committees, and Co-Chair of the Education Committee. She is Secretary for the Oregon Rental Housing Association and the Forms Committee Chair. Tia is a volunteer instructor for St. Vincent de Paul's 'Renters Rehab' program, serves on the Law Library Committee at the Lane County Courthouse, and also teaches classes to other property owners and managers on topics including evictions, small claims, and fair housing & advertising.
