Lead Poisoning Prevention Program

Speakers:

Ryan Barker

Ryan Barker has been the Lead Program Coordinator with the Oregon Health Authority's Lead-Based Paint Program and Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program since 2016. This position includes investigations of childhood lead poisoning cases and case management coordination with local public health authorities, surveillance and analysis of childhood blood lead level data, lead-based paint training accreditation, policy development, and compliance and enforcement of lead-based paint laws in Oregon under authorization from the EPA. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, and a Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture. He is a Certified Lead Risk Assessor in the State of Oregon.

There will be a charge of $15 per person to attend the meeting.

We will continue to offer the credit hours at the same low price of $10.
The monthly meeting is open to any member of Salem RHA or anyone interested in joining. Guests are welcome but are asked to join after two meetings.
