The F.E.D Process - Eviction Workshop

You served a 72 Hour Notice or 30/60 day notice and they won't move.

Now you have to file a F.E.D. (Forcible Entry and Detainer)

• When do you File?
• How do you fill out the forms?
• Who serves the notices?
• What if the Tenant is in the Military?

Now you have to go to Court

• How are Albany & Corvallis Courts different?
• What do you say & not say in Court?
• What do you take to court & not take?
• What happens if the tenant brings a lawyer?

• Tia and her husband have owned and operated rentals since 2003. Tia is currently the lead property manager for Acorn Property Management In Springfield.  She manages 400 rental units as well as her own properties. In addition to serving on the ROA Board as chair of programming, and co-chair of the education and bulletin committees,  she volunteers for St. Vincent de Paul teaching Renter's Rehab.
